Established in 2001, Recruit Personnel was set up to service the niche market of Recruit2Recruit. Founded on over 20 years of recruitment experience, we rapidly built up a reputation in the South East for understanding clients needs a reputation that now extends countrywide.

In July 2006 the founder, Jenny Helman retired and passed the company down to associates, Simon Golding and Rob Windus. Simon has over a decade of experience at Director level and Rob brings a fresh faced approach having baptised his Recruitment career in Contract IT.
